About This Hosta
The wide, dark green margin on 'Island Breeze' stands in sharp contrast to the bright yellow centers in early spring.ﺁ As summer approaches, the centers become more chartreuse when plants are grown in heavier shade or lighter yellow if they are grown in more sun. 'Island Breeze' also has showy red speckled petioles that bleed up into the leaves.ﺁ

Mark your calendar for July 20-28. We will be open every day during that time. Our Bloomfest Garden Show is happening and our daylily field will be in full bloom. This year we will be displaying the work of 23 artists throughout the gardens and daylily field. It is easy to visualize how a piece of art might look in your own garden when you see it in displayed in a garden here.
