About This Hosta
'Gigantosaurus' is one of the first hostas to emerge in the spring. Just like one of its parents, Empress Wu, it is massive with leaves that measure 44x 29 cm (17 x 11 in) at maturity. The large blue leaves have a wavy yellow margin. In summer the yellow margins turn to creamy white. Pale lavender flowers first begin appearing in early summer and are held just above the foliage.
