Wine & Spirits™ is an exciting new weigela. An update on the classic Wine & Roses,  this vigorous, handsome variety combines even more dramatic dark foliage with crisp white-green flowers. Weigela Wine & Spirits™ features bright white tubular flowers that burst forth from lime green flower buds in the spring. The near-black/burgundy foliage makes a great contrast to the crisp white spring blooms. A real showstopper in the landscape.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Weigela are fast growing, easy care shrubs that are adaptable to a range of soil conditions. They are happiest in average well drained soil in full sun, but will tolerate very light shade. They are  also somewhat tolerant of clay soil. They should be pruned after flowering to shape them
