'Purpleicious' features colourful spikes of unusual, deep, violet-purple that last from late spring through summer, over a low mound of shiny dark-green leaves. Useful in the sunny border, especially dramatic when massed, as well as in containers. Floriferous and long blooming. Excellent cut flower. Removing faded spikes will encourage more buds to form.

Growing and Maintenance Tips

Grow Veronica in average soil that has been amended with organic material. It flowers best in full sun. Deadheading will promote more bloom. When all the flowers are done cut it back to the basal rosette to maintain an attractive appearance.
