About This Hosta
'Atlantis' is a tetraploid sport of 'Abba Dabba Do' with a significantly wider edge than its parent, making it a showier specimen in the landscape. The slightly rippled leaves are dark green with golden yellow margins. A single leaf measures 33 x 20 cm (13 x 8 in) The colour of the margins are typically brighter with more sunlight. Pale lavender flowers appear above the foliage in midsummer. Forms a majestic specimen with age.
Bloomfest Garden Art Show
Mark your calendar for July 20-28. We will be open every day during that time. Our Bloomfest Garden Show is happening and our daylily field will be in full bloom. This year we will be displaying the work of 23 artists throughout the gardens and daylily field. It is easy to visualize how a piece of art might look in your own garden when you see it in displayed in a garden here.
